JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Shopify / E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to help build and manage online sales for three growing beauty businesses:

* A premium local spray-tanning business with retail and client-care products
* A sunless brand selling solutions, skincare, body makeup, education, and apparel
* A wholesale disposable-supplies and fulfillment company serving beauty professionals

This role is ideal for someone who understands how a Shopify store should look, function, convert, and stay organized behind the scenes.

Core Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

* Add and update products, collections, variants, descriptions, pricing, inventory, images, and tags
* Build and maintain clear, polished, conversion-focused product pages
* Set up collections, navigation menus, filters, product recommendations, and basic upsells
* Help prepare stores for launches, promotions, bundles, and seasonal campaigns
* Identify broken links, missing information, and customer-experience issues

Product & Inventory Support

* Maintain accurate product, SKU, inventory, and vendor information
* Upload product images, mockups, labels, and digital files
* Help organize product data for beauty products and wholesale disposable items
* Assist with order tracking, fulfillment workflows, and customer shipping updates as needed

Marketing & Conversion Support

* Build Shopify landing pages, promotional pages, and collection pages
* Assist with email and SMS campaign setup through Shopify, Klaviyo, Flodesk, or similar platforms
* Set up discount codes, bundles, gift cards, subscriptions, and basic automations
* Pull simple weekly store metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion and average order value

Requirements

* Proven experience managing Shopify stores
* Strong product-page, collection, inventory, and website-organization skills
* Familiarity with Shopify apps, discounts, bundles, subscriptions, and basic SEO
* Experience with beauty, skincare, apparel, wholesale, or product-based businesses is a plus
* Strong written English, attention to detail, and reliable communication
