JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on financial operator to help steer a fast-growing 7-figure Shopify business.
What we need:

1. Deep, hands-on expertise with Shopify reports and dashboards — this is non-negotiable
2. 3+ years of intensive experience working with Shopify businesses, analyzing data, and driving high-stakes financial decisions
3. Proven experience working with VAT-registered customers across Europe, including compliance and reporting requirements
4. Strong experience managing multiple currencies and efficiently converting them back to a base currency for accurate financial reporting
5. ~15 hours per week commitment

What you'll do:

Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Identify and communicate key trends across revenue, margins, and performance metrics
Provide strategic financial guidance to support growth decisions
Handle multi-currency reconciliation and European VAT reporting
