Position Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy full-time Shopify & E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team. You’ll handle website maintenance, marketing material creation, product research, and data-driven optimisation. This role requires initiative, accuracy, and creativity in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, edit, and update Shopify website pages, sections, and theme code (HTML, CSS, Liquid).
• Upload, resize, and optimise product and lifestyle images.
• Design and send marketing emails, brochures, and newsletters via Shopify Email or Klaviyo.
• Create and update digital brochures and marketing graphics using Canva or Adobe.
• Research new trending products, categories, and competitors in the Australian market.
• Monitor pricing, update product details, and ensure listings remain competitive.
• Maintain and improve website performance and SEO.
• Assist with seasonal campaigns, Black Friday sales, and product launches.
• Collaborate directly with the Australian management team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of Shopify experience (theme editing, code adjustments).
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
• Strong design eye; experience with Canva or Adobe.
• Fluent English communication (written & spoken).
• Knowledge of Australian online shopping behaviour.
• Reliable internet and ability to work during AEST hours.
