We are a high-ticket eCommerce brand selling premium designer lighting. We have been operating successfully for over 4 years and are growing fast. We are hiring a reliable, patient, and detail-focused Virtual Assistant to handle Shopify operations and customer support as the core of the role, with product listing, Canva, AI tools, and Google Sheets as supporting skills. This is a long-term role for someone who values accuracy, calm communication, and consistent execution. Performance bonuses are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support (Chat,
- Shopify Operations. You will process and fulfill orders.
- Product Listing Management. You will create and update product listings, write clean titles and descriptions, ensure specifications and images match perfectly, and fix inconsistencies before customers see them.
- Canva Design Support. You will create simple, clean product visuals and promotional graphics that match a premium brand look and adapt creatives for store and marketing use.
- AI Tools (ChatGPT / Gemini). You will use AI tools to draft and refine product content and customer replies while strictly following brand tone and internal guidelines.
- Google Sheets. You will maintain trackers for orders, products, suppliers, and tasks using structured data entry, filters, and basic formulas, keeping data clean and accurate.
- Supplier Coordination. You will communicate with suppliers about availability, specifications, and timelines and relay accurate updates internally and to customers.
Skills and Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in eCommerce or customer service, with Shopify experience required.
- Strong written English with a professional, calm tone and clear spoken English for voice calls.
- High attention to detail, strong patience, and the ability to handle repetitive, accuracy-focused work.
- Experience with product listings and basic SEO, Canva for simple designs, ChatGPT or Gemini for content and support tasks, and Google Sheets for tracking and data updates.
- A process-driven mindset and comfort working with checklists and SOPs.
This role is not for people who rush work and fix mistakes later, dislike customer support, or avoid detail-heavy tasks.
