JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a switched-on, organised, and proactive all-rounder to join our team in a dynamic role that blends customer service, admin, and social media.

What You’ll Be Doing:-
Managing customer enquiries, requests, and exchanges with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
Liaising with fulfilment centres and keeping on top of any order issues
Checking inventory and tracking orders using systems like Cin7
Reviewing Shopify orders weekly to ensure everything is running smoothly
Creating & uploading shipping lists (ASNs) and managing entering & receiving of purchase orders
Creating and uploading new products and descriptions in Shopify
Social Media Involvement
Supporting content and engagement across social media platforms including but not limited to... TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google
Assisting with affiliate outreach and wholesale enquiries
General Admin duties
Organising and filing invoices across multiple businesses
Providing general admin support where needed

About You
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly
Experience with Shopify or inventory platforms
Able to multitask and take initiative without constant direction
