JOB OVERVIEW

Shopify Store Builder & A/B Testing VA (Part-Time, Growing to Full-Time)

Type: Part-time / Project-based to start (scaling to full-time for the right person)
Location: Remote (Philippines)

About the role

I run a fast-paced eCommerce operation selling single-product clothing stores. The model is deliberately simple: one product page, one clear offer, no complicated funnels, no Meta, no quiz pages, no prelanders. One clean product page, then structured testing to find the best-performing offer and price.

Winning products move fast — a winner might only have a 30-day window. So the work has to happen quickly and cleanly. This is not a difficult role and I'm not pretending it is: the page is a plug-and-play template and the testing app does the heavy lifting. What I need is someone reliable, organised, and quick who runs the process consistently without me chasing them.

Important: This role is Shopify and AB Convert only. You will not touch the ad accounts — media buying is handled separately.

What you'll do
Build product pages on Shopify from an existing template — swap the product, images, reviews, and copy.
Run A/B tests in AB Convert: test the offer first, then price. Speed matters — tests need to move fast, sometimes within a day.
Roll winners into new markets — EU, US, and Australia — once the UK winner is locked.
Keep tests clean — one change at a time, no overlapping variables.
Experience required
Shopify experience is essential and non-negotiable. You must already be comfortable operating in the Shopify backend.
Some hands-on experience with A/B split-testing (AB Convert, or a similar app like Intelligems, Neat A/B, etc.) and landing / product page building. You don't need to be a senior CRO expert — the setup here is simpler than most — but you should have actually run tests before, not just read about them.
Comfortable reading test results and knowing what they mean.
Availability & responsiveness (please read carefully)
The workload starts light — not 6 full days from day one. But I need someone who has the availability to scale up to 6 days a week as the work grows.
During training you must be highly responsive — quick to reply and reachable through the day.
Once trained, when there's work on, respond promptly. Products move fast and a slow reply costs money.
Time off is fine — but tell me in advance. Going quiet or disappearing for days with no warning means I'll let you go, straight away.
Who you are
Organised and consistent across multiple live products.
Coachable and you listen — I have a system and I need you to follow it, even if it's different from how you've worked before.
Good with numbers and detail.
Good written English.
To apply
Start your reply with the word "Winner".
Tell me about your Shopify experience.
What split-testing apps have you used, and roughly how many tests have you run?
Quick test: a variant has a higher conversion rate but a lower average order value than the control. Do you call it a winner? Why or why not?
Confirm you have the availability to scale to 6 days a week, tell me about any regular commitments, and give me your monthly rate.

I pay well and on time for people who are reliable and stick around. If that's you, get in touch.
