Type: Part-time, 20 hrs/week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–4:00pm EST (12:00am–4:00am Philippine time)
Salary: $500 CAD/month
Growth: Path to full-time as the store scales


About us

Closet Rush is a high-end streetwear store serving the US and Canada, a sister brand to Grailsnextdoor, which has done 10,000+ orders over four years. Small team, fast pace, high standards. You report directly to the owner and own two areas end to end. We're hiring for the long term, with a path to full-time as the store scales.


Function 1 — Shopify backend operations
Build and maintain product listings: variants, pricing, images, descriptions, tags
Organize collections and merchandising so the right products surface first
Theme edits — sections, banners, homepage blocks — without breaking the store
Fix pricing and inventory discrepancies; flag anything that looks wrong instead of guessing
Keep the catalogue clean as new drops come in



Function 2 — Social media management
Own the posting calendar across Instagram and TikTok — consistent daily output
Edit short-form content in CapCut from supplied footage
Design site and social graphics in Canva: banners, popups, seasonal promos
Respond to inbound DMs and comments using approved templates; escalate discounts, disputes, and custom requests
Requirements
2+ years hands-on in Shopify admin — actually built and maintained stores, not "familiar with"
Comfortable with Shopify's section/theme editing system
Strong CapCut and Canva; you can turn raw clips into a postable Reel without direction
Detail-obsessed. A wrong price or broken variant costs us real money
Written English clean enough for product copy and customer replies
Reliable internet, consistent hours

Nice to have
Liquid / basic HTML-CSS
Fashion, streetwear, or apparel experience
