## About Us

We're a fast-growing **fashion eCommerce company** building multiple Shopify brands across international markets. We specialize in men's and women's fashion and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shopify Backend Manager who can independently build, manage, and optimize Shopify fashion stores.

This is a long-term position with opportunities to grow into a senior operations role as the business scales.

## Responsibilities

* Build Shopify fashion stores from scratch.
* Set up Shopify themes, navigation, collections, menus, pages, policies, and store settings.
* Upload and organize fashion products efficiently.
* Create and manage collections, filters, menus, tags, variants, pricing, inventory, and metafields.
* Write and format product descriptions.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Shopify apps.
* Configure payment gateways, shipping settings, taxes, and Shopify Markets.
* Perform basic to intermediate Shopify theme customization using HTML, CSS, Liquid, and basic JavaScript.
* Import and export products using CSV files.
* Optimize store speed and overall backend performance.
* Test stores thoroughly before launch and identify any issues.
* Maintain high standards of accuracy across all stores.
* Work with the marketing team to implement new features and improvements.
* Suggest better workflows and automation wherever possible.

## Requirements

* Strong experience managing and building Shopify stores.
* Experience working with **fashion or apparel eCommerce stores** is highly preferred.
* Ability to build a complete Shopify store independently.
* Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, Shopify Liquid, and basic JavaScript.
* Experience with Shopify apps, themes, and page builders such as PageFly, GemPages, EComposer, or similar.
* Familiarity with Google Merchant Center, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and basic SEO.
* Experience with dropshipping platforms such as CJ Dropshipping, AutoDS, or DSers.
* Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve productivity.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent English communication skills.
* Ability to solve problems independently and work with minimal supervision.
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
