JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Shopify Backend & E-commerce Specialist to help manage and optimize our online store. If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things organized behind the scenes while improving the customer experience, this role is for you.

Job Type: Project Based - Remote
Schedule: Flexible, with some overlap with US hours

Responsibilities:
Manage the backend of our Shopify store (product uploads, updates, organization)
Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock levels
Connect and sync products across fulfillment channels and networks
Ensure smooth order flow and coordination with fulfillment partners
Make basic UI/UX improvements to enhance the website experience
Handle minor site updates and basic coding tasks when needed
Troubleshoot issues and keep the store running efficiently

Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Shopify backend management
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and inventory systems
Basic knowledge of UI/UX and website structure
Familiarity with basic coding (HTML/CSS or similar)
Experience with fulfillment integrations (dropshipping, 3PL, etc.) is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
