We're a growing DTC supplement brand looking for a reliable customer service rep to handle day-to-day customer inquiries and order management.
What you'll do:
Respond to customer
Process orders, refunds, exchanges, and subscription changes
Troubleshoot order and shipping issues
Update customer accounts and orders in Shopify and CheckoutChamp
What we're looking for:
Prior customer service experience (ecommerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with Shopify
Experience with CheckoutChamp (or similar order management/CRM platforms)
Strong written communication skills
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Nice to have:
Experience with subscription-based products
Familiarity with Recharge or similar subscription tools
