Serviced Accommodation Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable Virtual Assistant to take on the role of Serviced Accommodation Manager. This is a leadership position where you’ll be responsible for managing a remote team, creating and implementing systems and procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our short-term rental properties.
You’ll play a key role in scaling our business by improving efficiency, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of serviced accommodation units
Lead and manage a remote team (cleaners, maintenance, guest support)
Develop and document SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for all operational tasks
Streamline workflows and introduce automation where possible
Monitor and optimize booking platforms (Airbnb,
Handle escalated guest issues and ensure 5-star service
Track KPIs and generate performance reports
Collaborate with the owner to improve business strategy and growth
Requirements:
Philippines-based with excellent English communication skills
Proven experience in team management and system creation
Background in hospitality, property management, or serviced accommodation
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Tech-savvy: Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, PMS tools, automation platforms
Reliable internet and a quiet home office setup
Flexible availability, including occasional weekends
Experience in working with Uplisting, Pricelabs, Teams, Trivago, VRBO
Experienced in UK market and experienced in similar position with proven track history
