???? About the Role
AEZI Electrical Services, LLC is launching a brand-new Service Sales Department, and we are hiring a Service Sales Manager to build, lead, and scale it from the ground up.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for:
Closing qualified service leads
Building sales systems and processes
Managing service sales performance
Hiring and leading a U.S.-based sales team
Our service area includes Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland, and this role will own service revenue growth across all three states.
???? How This Role Works (AI Receptionist Model)
We use an AI receptionist to handle:
Initial inbound call answering
Basic customer information and service intake
Call summaries and lead tagging
You will handle everything after the AI handoff, including:
Rapid follow-up on qualified leads
Sales conversations, pricing, and objections
Closing and booking service jobs
Managing the sales pipeline and CRM
Improving AI ? booking conversion rates
This is not a call center role. This is a closing, systems, and leadership position.
???? Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Ownership
Manage and close AI-qualified service leads
Conduct follow-ups via phone,
Handle pricing discussions and objections
Book service jobs and upsell when appropriate
Ensure accurate handoff to dispatch and operations
Systems & Process Building
Build and maintain service sales workflows and scripts
Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Create follow-up systems and sales playbooks
Identify improvements to AI ? human sales flow
U.S. Team Building & Leadership
Design and build the U.S.-based Service Sales team
Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding U.S. sales reps
Train reps using scripts, call reviews, and KPIs
Manage team performance across time zones
Act as the bridge between U.S. sales, operations, and leadership
Regional Coverage
Manage service sales for Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland
Coordinate bookings based on geography and technician availability
Ensure consistent customer experience across all service areas
? Requirements
Proven experience in service-based sales (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or similar)
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Confident closer with negotiation experience
Experience building or improving sales processes
Leadership experience or readiness to manage a team
Comfortable working US business hours (night shift PH)
Organized, metrics-driven, and ownership-focused

Experience working with US-based service companies
Experience managing remote or international teams
Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
Background in electrical or trade services
???? Salary & Compensation (PH Market–Aligned)
Base Salary
PHP 90,000 – PHP 140,000 per month
(based on experience and leadership capability)
Salary Payment Schedule
First 2 Months: Base salary paid weekly to support onboarding and ramp-up
After 2 Months: Salary transitions to a monthly payment schedule
This change in payment frequency does not affect salary amount or long-term compensation.

Monthly Performance Incentive
PHP 15,000 – PHP 30,000 per month, based on results
Example:
Meets targets ? PHP 15,000
Exceeds targets by 20% ? PHP 22,000

Typical: PHP 120,000 – PHP 170,000
High Performer: PHP 180,000 – PHP 200,000+

13th-month pay is provided based on basic salary earned, in line with Philippine labor standards and company policy

AI lead follow-up within 10 minutes
AI lead-to-booking conversion rate: 30%–450% follow-up completion on qualified leads
Accurate CRM and pipeline management
Successful ramp and performance of U.S. sales reps
