JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Video Editor for eCommerce Brand (Meta Ads & UGC)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced video editor to join our growing eCommerce brand.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who understands direct-response advertising and knows how to create high-converting videos that capture attention, keep viewers engaged, and drive sales.

**Important:** To be considered, you must provide examples of previous work, preferably Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad creatives. We care far more about your portfolio than your résumé.

## What You'll Do

* Edit UGC-style ads for Facebook and Instagram
* Create powerful hooks that grab attention within the first 3 seconds
* Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, B-roll, zooms, and other engaging elements
* Produce fast-paced, conversion-focused video edits
* Turn raw creator footage into winning ad creatives
* Create multiple variations for testing and optimization
* Work closely with our creative team to continuously improve performance

## What We're Looking For

* Proven experience editing Meta/Facebook ads
* Strong understanding of viewer retention and ad performance
* Ability to create clean, modern, engaging edits
* Good English communication skills
* Fast turnaround times
* Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

## Bonus Points If You Have

* Experience working with Shopify or eCommerce brands
* Understanding of direct-response marketing
* Experience creating UGC ads
* Knowledge of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and CTA structure
* Experience scaling winning creatives through testing and iteration

You will create two ad edits based on those briefs so we can evaluate your editing skills, creativity, pacing, and understanding of direct-response marketing.

This is your opportunity to show us what you can do, so bring your A-game.

If your work stands out, we're looking to build a long-term relationship and potentially bring you on as a full-time editor.

Compensation will be discussed based on your experience, skill level, and the quality of your work. We are happy to pay top rates for exceptional talent.

**We're not looking for the cheapest editor — we're looking for the best one.**
