JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced WordPress and WooCommerce developer to optimize our PMHNP Board Review website.

Our website uses WordPress, WooCommerce, Acuity Scheduling, Zoom, and payment gateways. We need an expert who can audit, troubleshoot, and permanently fix our purchase and scheduling workflow.

Your responsibilities include:

Audit the complete purchase-to-scheduling workflow.
Make WooCommerce the single source of truth for all purchases.
Automatically redirect customers to Acuity after payment.
Ensure every customer receives the scheduling link.
Fix missing order and email notification issues.
Troubleshoot WooCommerce, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, and Square integrations.
Improve website speed and reliability.
Test the complete customer experience from payment through scheduling.
Document all changes made.
