We are hiring an experienced WordPress + SEO professional to manage and improve up to 50 client websites built on WordPress (existing and templated builds).
This is not a basic VA role.
We need someone who understands how websites rank, convert, and integrate properly.
You will be responsible for improving, optimizing, maintaining, and scaling performance across multiple client sites.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and optimizing up to 50 WordPress websites
Implementing on-page SEO improvements (titles, H1s, metadata, schema, internal linking)
Auditing rankings and identifying why pages are underperforming
Fixing structural SEO issues
Improving site speed and performance
Working inside WordPress using Spectra (page builder)
Making design and layout improvements
Handling third-party integrations (CRM embeds, forms, tracking scripts, header code snippets)
Dropping in tracking scripts, pixels, or CRM integrations when needed
Identifying issues proactively and recommending improvements
Following SOPs while also thinking independently
We don’t want someone who needs step-by-step handholding for SEO 101.
We want someone who can look at a page ranking #17 and know exactly what needs to change to move it up.

Required Experience
Minimum 2+ years experience in:
WordPress development
On-page SEO optimization
Technical SEO fundamentals
Web design improvements
Experience with Spectra (or similar block builders) is an asset
Experience with CRM integrations (Jobber, HubSpot, forms, tracking scripts, etc.) is an asset
Comfortable editing header code, inserting snippets, and managing integrations
Strong understanding of:

H1 structure
Meta titles/descriptions
Image optimization
Page hierarchy
Internal linking
Local SEO fundamentals
Google Business Profile optimization
