JOB OVERVIEW

I require a WordPress developer with directory, database migration and technical SEO experience—not only a web designer.

Applicants to provide examples of websites involving:

Large directories or thousands of listings
WordPress search and filtering
WP Job Manager
Location searches and maps
Website migration without losing Google rankings
Mobile performance and technical SEO

The work should be packaged in two stages

Stage 1: Paid technical audit

Before agreeing to a complete rebuild, we would pay the shortlisted developer to inspect:

WordPress, PHP, theme and plugin versions
Custom code and database structure
Hosting and server configuration
All existing care-home listings
Search, filters, maps and enquiry forms
Job listings and employer accounts
Payment arrangements
Security vulnerabilities
Backups and recovery
Google rankings, indexed URLs and redirects
Page speed and mobile performance

The developer should deliver a written audit and fixed-price proposal. Public inspection confirms that the site is WordPress-based, but it cannot establish whether its internal plugins and custom code can safely be updated. WordPress site information.

The scope should require:
