About the Role:
We’re looking for a talented and detail-driven Senior WordPress Developer to join our team. In this unique position, a significant part of your initial focus will be pioneering our AI capabilities—specifically building and implementing a workflow using Claude AI (or similar tools) to efficiently translate Figma designs into WordPress Elementor websites. Alongside driving this AI initiative, you will take charge of structuring, developing, and maintaining complex custom WordPress websites from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities:
- AI Workflow Integration (New): Develop, test, and implement an automated or AI-assisted workflow (utilizing tools like Claude AI) to convert Figma designs directly into fully functional WordPress/Elementor layouts.
- Development & Structuring: Build and customize advanced WordPress websites using Elementor, tailoring them to specific client needs.
- Data Architecture: Set up and manage complex data structures using SCF/ACF fields and JetEngine.
- E-commerce: Develop and maintain webshops using WooCommerce and Shopify.
- Custom Coding: Utilize HTML, CSS, PHP and Liquid to write, modify, and optimize custom functionalities.

What We’re Looking For:
- AI & Prompt Engineering (New): Experience with (or a strong, demonstrable aptitude for) AI models like Claude AI or ChatGPT, specifically using them to accelerate coding or development workflows.
- Design-to-Code Expertise (New): Solid understanding of Figma and how to logically break down design files for web implementation.
- Core WordPress & Shopify Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing advanced WordPress websites with extensive, hands-on knowledge of Elementor, WooCommerce, Shopify theme builder.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of data structuring (SCF/ACF, JetEngine) and proficiency in HTML, CSS, PHP and Liquid.
- Portfolio: A portfolio featuring at least three complex WordPress websites/platforms you have built.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience, with a solid understanding of performance optimization and SEO best practices.
- Language: Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Hosting Management (Bonus): Hands-on experience with website hosting (e.g., creating server environments, migrating/transferring websites, and troubleshooting hosting-related issues) is a strong plus.
- Basic SEO (Bonus): Knowledge of basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles and best practices is a plus.
