JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Webflow Developer who combines world-class design sensibilities with advanced development expertise. This is not a template-builder position—we need someone who can transform high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect, high-performing websites that drive business results.

You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and founders to create modern digital experiences that are visually stunning, highly functional, and optimized for conversion.

What You'll Do
Build sophisticated, responsive websites using Webflow
Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect Webflow implementations
Develop custom interactions, animations, and micro-interactions
Create scalable CMS structures and dynamic content systems
Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and performance
Integrate third-party tools, APIs, and automation platforms
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve user experience and conversion rates
Maintain design consistency and component-based systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve website performance
Required Skills & Experience
Webflow Expertise
3+ years of professional Webflow development experience
Advanced understanding of Webflow CMS, Ecommerce, Logic, and Memberships
Expertise in responsive design across all devices
Strong understanding of Webflow best practices and scalable architecture
Experience creating complex animations and interactions
Design & UX
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
Ability to translate design systems into reusable Webflow components
Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency
Front-End Development
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Experience with custom code implementations within Webflow
Understanding of responsive frameworks and accessibility standards
Knowledge of performance optimization techniques
Integrations & Automation

Understanding of branding and marketing strategy
Experience with Relume, Client-First, Lumos, or similar frameworks
