About us
We’re ACRE Partner / Advisy — a US-based team building landing pages, campaign microsites, and small product sites for real estate and partner brands. We move fast with AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Lovable/v0-style builders, Canva) and still care how it looks pixel-close.

The role
You’ll take rough briefs and ship clean, modern websites and landing pages — not just “it works,” but it looks intentional. Spacing, typography, hierarchy, mobile polish, brand consistency. You’ll use AI coding tools heavily (“vibe coding”) and clean up what the AI gets wrong.

Senior track: We also want people who can project-manage — break work into tasks, review others’ output, keep quality high, and communicate status without being chased.

Day-to-day
- Build and iterate landing pages / small marketing sites from Figma, Canva, Loom briefs, or rough notes
- Use AI coding tools to move fast, then fix layout bugs, spacing, and visual inconsistencies by hand
- Improve existing pages (mobile, CTAs, sections, copy layout)
- Light Canva work when needed (banners, crops; QR for print only via company Canva — no personal free-trial tools)
- Share previews, take feedback, revise quickly
- For senior: coordinate junior/peer work, checklists, and handoffs

Must-haves
- Strong eye for design: alignment, whitespace, type, color, mobile UI
- Comfortable vibe-coding with AI tools (show real examples you built or heavily edited)
- HTML/CSS fundamentals (enough to fix broken layouts)
- Portfolio or LIVE links required
- Clear written English; some overlap with US Pacific / Colombia evenings as needed
- Detail-oriented

Nice-to-haves
- Next.js / Tailwind / Webflow / Framer
- Basic SEO structure
- Real estate or agency marketing sites
- Light project management / leading 1–2 people

Not a fit if
- You only paste AI output and never polish
- You can’t explain design choices
- You disappear without updates
- You buy personal free-trial tools for client work without approval

Pay
Budget band: about $10/hr target for strong individual contributors; up to $15/hr for senior talent with project-management experience who can manage others. State your PHP monthly rate.

To start
Paid trial task: rebuild/restyle one short landing page section from a brief. We judge taste + speed + communication.

Paid test for finalists: Shortlisted candidates may be invited to a $100 paid test project. You’ll get up to a one-hour shift to maximize output — prompt our AI tools, ship real design/web work, and show taste + speed. Work happens in a dedicated channel with Atlas (our ops/AI harness). We expect to run about up to five of these paid tests.
