This is not a general VA role.
This is a structured financial operations position within a regulated, documentation-heavy environment.
We require a degree-qualified, financially literate, detail-driven professional to support mortgage and insurance case administration.
---> Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
-> Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or Business (financial focus)
-> Strong written English
-> High attention to detail
-> Experience reviewing financial documents
-> Ability to follow structured processes
Preference given to candidates with UK mortgage or insurance experience.
---> Key Responsibilities
Mortgage Administration
-> Review client financial documents (bank statements, payslips, tax returns, company accounts)
-> Identify missing or inconsistent information
-> Prepare lender submission files
-> Upload documents to lender portals
-> Track underwriting conditions
-> Maintain accurate case notes and pipeline stages
Insurance Administration
-> Prepare insurer submissions
-> Track medical underwriting requirements
-> Monitor policy issue status
-> Record compliance documentation accurately
Compliance Support
-> Assist with AML/KYC checks
-> Complete compliance checklists in internal system (360 Lifecycle)
-> Ensure GDPR-compliant file storage
-> Cross-check fact finds and documentation for completeness
Operations
-> Maintain structured digital filing systems
-> Update CRM stages correctly
-> Prepare simple weekly case summaries
-> Escalate discrepancies immediately

-> DIP, LTV, ERC, affordability, underwriting
-> Financial document interpretation
-> Regulated compliance environments
-> Structured case workflows
