JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a proactive, highly organized Senior Virtual Assistant to support my fast growing luxury real estate and coaching business based in South Florida.
I am a third generation Realtor specializing in luxury waterfront properties the last 10 years, and I am currently expanding my team while launching several new projects in real estate, coaching, content creation, and media.
Because of this growth, I need someone who can help keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes while we scale.
This is an opportunity to work directly with a high performing entrepreneur who is building something big, not just manage small tasks.

Typical responsibilities may include
• Managing CRM systems and contact organization
• Coordinating listing marketing and launch timelines
• Creating and organizing Canva graphics for marketing
• Drafting social media posts and marketing copy
• Assisting with PR, email campaigns, and written content
• Calendar management and scheduling appointments
• Helping coordinate marketing campaigns and projects
• Supporting new systems and processes as the business grows

Experience with Go High Level CRM and/or Lofty CRM is strongly preferred, as these are key systems in the business.
Canva experience is required, as we frequently create marketing graphics for listings, social media, and coaching content using existing templates.

Strong writing and communication skills are also important. This role may involve helping draft posts, emails, marketing materials, and coordinating with outside vendors or writers when needed.

Because the business is growing quickly, I’m looking for someone who wants to build and scale with the company, not someone who simply wants to complete tasks. The right person may eventually help manage additional virtual assistants and support team operations as the company expands.
This role will start part time so we can ensure we work well together, with the goal of transitioning into full time quickly. Ideally I am looking to hire 2–3 long term tea ---------- mbers who want to grow with the business.
