About the Role

We are hiring an exceptional, creative, and technically elite Videographer / Cinematographer to join our team onsite in Dubai.

This role is for someone who lives and breathes cameras — someone who can walk into a luxury property and instantly visualize cinematic shots, lighting, movement, and storytelling.

If you shoot jaw-dropping real estate videos, fly drones confidently, and can adapt between podcasts, influencers, UGC, and reels — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Shooting

Luxury & high-end real estate videos (walkthroughs, lifestyle, cinematic tours)

Influencer & UGC-style content

Reels, Shorts, TikTok content

Podcasts (multi-cam & studio setups)

Talking head & brand content

Office, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes content

Drone footage (properties, cityscapes, exteriors)

Core Responsibilities

Plan and execute cinematic video shoots

Operate professional cameras, lenses, and stabilizers

Set up lighting for interiors, studios, and podcasts

Capture smooth gimbal & handheld shots

Fly drones safely and creatively

Work closely with editors & marketing team

Maintain consistent visual quality & brand style

Suggest creative angles, transitions, and shot ideas

Handle shoots independently when required

Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)

4+ years of professional videography experience

Strong portfolio in:

Real estate videography

Cinematic property walkthroughs

Reels / short-form content

Excellent camera skills (composition, movement, framing)

Experience with professional camera gear (Sony / Canon / RED / Blackmagic, etc.)

Strong understanding of:

Lighting (natural & artificial)

Exposure & color profiles

Shooting for social & long-form

Drone experience (real estate-focused)

Comfortable shooting podcasts & studio setups

Strong understanding of content made for Instagram, TikTok & YouTube

Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work onsite

Big Plus (Highly Valued)

Experience shooting luxury real estate

Experience working with influencers or creators

Drone license or certifications

Basic editing knowledge (to shoot editor-friendly footage)

Experience shooting for ads or high-ticket brands
