Hey there! We’re a growth-driven Meta Ads & eCommerce brand based in Washington State, US and we’re looking for an eCommerce Video editor to join our team full-time. You’ll work closely with our ad strategists and creative teams to produce winning ads for our Shopify customers.

As a video editor, you'll bring our team's deep knowledge and insights to life through powerful visuals and storytelling. Your ability to craft scroll-stopping hooks, compelling pacing, and polished ad concepts will be key to your success.
To excel, you'll need to master three key areas:
Understanding the market — Knowing the desires, awareness, and sophistication of the target audience to inform your editing decisions.
Understanding the product — Deep familiarity with the client's product features and unique selling propositions so every edit reinforces the right message.
Crafting your visuals — Transforming raw footage, UGC, and creative briefs into high-converting video ads that stop the scroll and drive action.

Your Responsibilities at Verniqo Health:
Edit & create 1 batch of ads (3-5 videos) per day based on instructions from our creative team.
Add captions, motion graphics, text overlays, and sound design that elevate ad performance.
Collaborate with our copy and strategy teams to ensure creative concepts are executed perfectly.
Attend weekly tea ---------- etings to discuss ad strategies and review performance.
Analyze ad performance weekly and apply learnings to future edits.
Maintain a fast turnaround while upholding a high standard of quality.
Attend or watch recordings of monthly client strategy calls to stay in sync.
Learn the Verniqo Health Buying Strategy to understand what makes video ads win or lose.
