JOB OVERVIEW

**Senior Real Estate Video Editor **

We’re looking for a **high-level video editor** to join a fast-growing real estate content business producing **premium, high-volume property and social media videos**.

This is not an entry-level role. We’re already operating at scale and need someone who can **consistently deliver clean, sharp, high-converting edits** without hand-holding.

You’ll be responsible for editing:

* Cinematic listing videos
* Property walkthrough videos
* Social-first vertical content (Reels / TikTok)
* Agent-led videos and talking head content
* Must have experience with AI

You’ll be working with consistent workflows and footage, so the focus is on **speed, consistency, and quality at scale**.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Knows how to create **clean, natural, premium-looking edits** (not overcooked)
* Understands **real estate pacing** — smooth, not rushed, but never boring
* Has experience with both high end luxury, and someone that can also make a dull property/apartment look good
* Can make spaces feel **bright, spacious, and desirable**
* Has strong instincts for **what performs on social media**
* Is fast and reliable with **tight turnaround times**

* Strong experience in **real estate video editing**
* Advanced skills in Final Cut (Preferred) / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
* Colour grading that looks **natural and consistent**
* Clean transitions, stabilisation, and audio balancing
* Ability to follow a **consistent editing style across multiple projects**
* Strong internet and ability to handle large file transfers
