Senior Video Editor | Full-Time Remote

Sprint Labs is looking for a **Senior Video Editor** to join one of our client teams.

We are looking for an experienced editor with strong creative judgment who can take raw footage and turn it into polished, engaging, professional content with minimal supervision.

What You'll Be Doing

* Edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content
* Create engaging videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms
* Turn raw footage into polished, story-driven content
* Create strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, and visual elements
* Handle sound editing, music selection, and basic audio enhancement
* Perform color correction and basic color grading
* Add motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects when required
* Adapt videos for different platforms and formats
* Work from creative briefs while also contributing your own ideas
* Manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines
* Maintain consistent quality and brand style across content
* Review and improve edits based on feedback

Requirements

* **At least 3 years of professional video editing experience**
* Strong portfolio demonstrating professional-level editing work
* Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software
* Experience editing both short-form and long-form content
* Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and audience retention
* Experience with social media content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn
* Strong attention to detail and visual judgment
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Comfortable taking a project from raw footage through to final delivery
* Good written and spoken English
* Able to manage deadlines and multiple projects

Nice to Have

* Adobe After Effects or motion graphics experience
* Advanced color grading skills
* Experience with YouTube editing
* Experience editing paid advertising creatives
* Experience creating high-performing Reels, TikToks, and Shorts
* Experience working with international clients or brands
* Understanding of social media trends and content performance

AI and Editing Tools

We are open to editors who use AI tools to improve their workflow and productivity. However, we are looking for someone with **real editing experience, creative judgment, and technical ability**, not someone who relies entirely on AI-generated content.
