At Nostalgic-Art, we create retro-inspired products that bring iconic brands, memories, and stories to life. Based in Germany, our products are sold globally through Amazon, B2B and B2C e-commerce channels, supported by a growing digital ecosystem of websites, online shops, and marketing platforms.

We're expanding our digital team and looking for a **Senior UX/UI Designer based in the Philippines** who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered experiences that drive business results.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

As our UX/UI Designer, you'll play an important role in improving how customers interact with our digital products and e-commerce experiences. You'll:
- Design and optimize e-commerce stores, landing pages, and customer-facing digital experiences
- Collaborate closely with development, marketing, and design teams from concept to implementation
- Enhance and evolve our existing design system to maintain consistency and scalability
- Create reusable components, templates, and design patterns that support long-term growth
- Identify usability challenges and proactively recommend UX improvements
- Ensure seamless experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Help guide and mentor a junior UX/UI designer through feedback, collaboration, and best practices
- Work daily using tools such as Figma, Notion, and Microsoft Teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Strong experience as a UX/UI Designer with a Figma portfolio showcasing your work
- Excellent proficiency in Figma
- Experience working with design systems
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Great eye for visual hierarchy, layout, typography, spacing, and interaction design
- Experience creating scalable components and reusable design patterns
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting junior designers

NICE-TO-HAVE
- E-commerce design experience
- Familiarity with Notion and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience collaborating closely with developers in agile environments
- Appreciation for vintage, retro, or nostalgic design aesthetics
