Senior UI/UX & Motion Designer (SaaS AI Products) — Remote, Full-Time

Job Summary

Aureate Labs is looking for a Senior UI/UX & Motion Designer to own the design of our SaaS AI products end-to-end — from Figma screens and design systems through to promotional and explainer videos that show our products to the world. This is a long-term, full-time remote role working directly with our founder and development team across multiple active products. Do well here and there is a genuine growth path, including the possibility of an in-office role with us in the future.

About Us

Aureate Enterprise T/A Aureate Labs builds SaaS products powered by AI. We're a small, fast-moving team with multiple products in active development — which means your work ships quickly, your designs get used by real customers, and you'll never be a small cog in a big machine. You'll be our go-to design person across product and marketing.

What You'll Do:

Product Design (primary — roughly 70%)

-Design clean, modern UI for our SaaS web applications in Figma — dashboards, onboarding flows, forms, settings, data-heavy screens

-Build and maintain a reusable component library / design system so our products stay consistent as they grow

-Turn rough briefs and feature ideas into wireframes, then high-fidelity designs ready for developer handoff

-Work directly with our developer — organized Figma files, auto-layout, clear specs and annotations

-Iterate based on feedback, user behavior, and product priorities

Motion & Video (secondary — roughly 30%)

-Create promotional videos for social media (short-form, product highlights, feature announcements)

-Produce SaaS explainer videos — animated product walkthroughs with motion graphics (After Effects or similar; 2.5D style)

-Design supporting marketing creative: ad graphics, landing page visuals, social media assets

Requirements
Must have:

-5+ years of UI/UX design experience, with real SaaS / web app product work in your portfolio (not just landing pages or graphics)

-Expert-level Figma — components, auto-layout, prototyping, developer handoff

-Motion graphics / video editing skills — After Effects, Premiere, or equivalent, with examples we can watch

-A portfolio and/or showreel you can share (Figma, Behance, Dribbble, YouTube, Vimeo, or personal site)

-Strong English communication — you'll work directly with the founder and dev team

-Full-time availability (8 hours/day) and reliable internet with backup

Nice to have:

-Experience designing AI product interfaces (chat UIs, AI assistants, automation tools)

-3D or 2.5D explainer video experience (Blender, Cinema 4D, Spline)

-Basic understanding of HTML/CSS so your designs are practical to build

-Experience with AI design/video tools (Runway, Midjourney, etc.)

-Familiarity working alongside AI-assisted development workflows

PHP60,000 – PHP100,000+/month, depending on experience — and we're happy to go beyond this range for an exceptional candidate, so don't self-select out if you're above it
