We’re The Galvis Group, a top real estate team based in Colorado, USA, and we’re seeking a Senior Transaction Manager in the Philippines who will be the operational backbone of our transaction management and client service. You’ll work directly with our founder & lead agent, Stu Galvis, to manage every operational step of the home buying and selling process for our team and our clients—from preparing all materials for the initial Listing or Homebuying consults, to managing all administrative activities related to the home buying & selling process and managing the transaction from contract to closing (and beyond).
What you’ll do:
- Own the full transaction process for both home listings and buyers: prepare & organize all documents, maintain all timelines, & execute all of the administrative pieces of the home buying and marketing and sale process.
- Communicate proactively with clients, agents, title companies, lenders, vendors, and other service providers
- Maintain our CRM and keep all client-oriented systems, processes & checklists up to date
- Manage all client-related files and execute all compliance processes
- Manage our lead agent’s
- Effectively and proactively Troubleshoot problems, escalate issues when needed, and help us deliver a high-trust, high-service experience to every client every time

Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience as a real estate transaction manager/coordinator in US housing markets
- Experience managing listings and transactions from contract to close for both buyers and sellers
- Experience supporting US-based real estate teams/brokers
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Quick response times
- Proficiency with Brivity, KW Command, CTMeContracts (or similar eContract system), Canva, & Google Suite
- Strong knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and systems thinking
- Deep understanding of the real estate purchase and sale process
- Tech-savvy: able to quickly learn new platforms
- Able to work US business hours (Mountain Time overlap)
- Reliable internet (backup power preferred)
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Colorado real estate practices
- Experience in a supervisory or team lead role
- Apple / Mac users preferred
