AMZSPARKS is a fast-growing eCommerce agency helping brands succeed across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, and other leading marketplaces. We're looking for a strategic and data-driven SENIOR TikTok Shop Growth Manager to lead growth initiatives for our clients.

If you enjoy developing growth strategies, analyzing data, optimizing advertising campaigns, and helping brands scale through TikTok Shop, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

As our TikTok Shop Growth Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase sales, profitability, and long-term growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Creating TikTok Shop growth strategies for multiple brands.
Planning and optimizing TikTok advertising campaigns.
Managing promotional campaigns and product launches.
Analyzing sales performance and identifying growth opportunities.
Improving conversion rates and overall shop performance.
Working closely with Affiliate & Creator Managers to maximize business growth.
Preparing reports and strategic recommendations.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activity.
Testing new growth initiatives and scaling successful campaigns.
We're Looking For Someone Who

Has 3+ years of TikTok Shop management experience.
Has experience managing TikTok Ads and organic growth strategies.
Understands TikTok Shop analytics and performance reporting.
Can make data-driven decisions and solve complex business problems.
Has excellent communication and project management skills.
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Nice to Have

Agency experience.
Experience managing multiple brands simultaneously.
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Experience with US or UK TikTok Shop brands.
