Overview
- We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager to lead the end-to-end management and growth of our TikTok Shop channel. This role requires strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in ecommerce operations, creator coordination, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate understands how to convert TikTok content into revenue by optimizing product listings, managing affiliate creators, improving conversion rate, and coordinating inventory and fulfillment workflows.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok Shop Ownership & Operations
Fully manage TikTok Shop Seller Center operations
Build and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, visuals, bundles)
Oversee SKU assortment strategy and pricing architecture
Ensure accurate inventory syncing with ecommerce backend (eg. Shopify)
Manage order flow, fulfillment coordination, and operational troubleshooting
Monitor product compliance and platform policy requirements
2. Creator & Affiliate Program Leadership
Develop and execute creator recruitment strategy
Identify high-converting affiliates and manage relationships
Structure commission strategy and incentive programs
Scale creator seeding initiatives and track ROI
Manage communication with creators in fluent English
3. Revenue & Conversion Optimization
Analyze and improve:
GMV (Gross Merchandise Value)
Conversion Rate (CVR)
Average Order Value (AOV)
Click-through Rate (CTR)
Optimize merchandising strategy including:
product bundling
promotional pricing
limited-time offers
bestseller positioning
Implement continuous testing framework to improve performance
4. Campaign & Launch Execution
Plan and execute TikTok Shop campaigns aligned with product launches
Coordinate promotional calendar across key selling periods
Collaborate with content team to align product storytelling with conversion strategy
Monitor competitor performance and TikTok trends
5. Analytics & Reporting
Provide weekly performance reporting with actionable insights
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis
Forecast sales performance based on campaign activity
Track creator performance metrics and optimize partnerships
6. Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams
Align TikTok Shop initiatives with overall ecommerce strategy
Coordinate inventory forecasting with operations team
Ensure product availability aligns with promotional schedule
Requirements
- Experience
Minimum 5 years experience managing TikTok Shop, TikTok ecommerce, or social commerce platforms
Proven track record scaling TikTok Shop GMV
Experience managing creator / affiliate programs
Experience working with ecommerce brands (beauty experience preferred)
Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and social commerce conversion drivers
