We are looking for a Senior TikTok Shop & Social Media Marketing Specialist to help lead the growth of Velomix across TikTok Shop and our social media channels.
This role is ideal for someone who understands social commerce, creator ecosystems, and content-driven marketing, and wants to take ownership of scaling a brand..
You will work directly with the founders and growth team, helping build and scale Velomix’s social commerce presence.

Role Overview
Position: Senior TikTok Shop & Social Media Marketing Specialist
Type: Full-Time, Remote (Exclusive Role)

Primary Focus
• TikTok Shop growth and performance
• Creator and influencer partnerships
• Social media content strategy

Secondary Channels
• Instagram, Facebook, Youtube and etc
• Email marketing support
- Experience handling Shopify operation

This is a high-ownership role responsible for helping drive revenue growth through social commerce and creator marketing.
You will contribute to both strategy and execution, ensuring Velomix continues to grow across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Growth & Optimization (Primary Focus)
• Manage and optimize TikTok Shop product listings (titles, images, videos, bundles, descriptions)
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and stock availability
• Improve product page conversion through testing and optimization
• Identify growth opportunities within TikTok Shop
• Support the development of strategies to increase views, clicks, and conversions

Creator & Influencer Partnerships
• Identify and recruit TikTok creators aligned with the brand
• Build relationships with creators and affiliates
• Coordinate product seeding and creator collaborations
• Track creator content and campaign performance
• Help scale creator-driven sales through TikTok Shop

Social Media Content Strategy
• Identify trends and viral content opportunities
• Work with editors and designers to guide content direction
• Help develop content formats that perform well on TikTok
• Repurpose high-performing content for Instagram and YouTube

Social Commerce Operations
• Monitor orders, disputes, returns, and customer messages
• Respond to customers professionally and on-brand
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions remain accurate
• Escalate operational issues to the operations team when needed

Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Track views, clicks, conversions, and creator performance
• Identify top-performing creators and content formats
• Provide weekly insights and performance updates
• Recommend improvements based on data and platform trends

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
• 3–5+ years experience in social media, influencer marketing, or eCommerce marketing
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Tiktok Shop and creator-driven platforms
• Experience managing creator outreach or influencer campaigns
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace

Nice-to-Have
• Experience with TikTok Shop or Amazon
• Experience working with affiliate or creator programs
• Familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Slack, Asana, or Google Sheets
• Experience coordinating with designers or video editors
• Interest in fitness, supplements, or consumer brands

Compensation
Salary: $1,200 - $1400 a month
Employment Type: Full-Time Remote

Probationary Period:
- 2 months to ensure the role is a strong mutual fit.
- Strong performers will have opportunities for expanded responsibilities and compensation growth as Velomix’s social commerce channels scale.
