Position Overview
VOLT is looking for a results-driven Telesales Manager (Philippines) with strong outbound B2C call center experience. This role is responsible for driving high-volume sales activity, improving conversion rates, and leading a small but ambitious team to hit aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily outbound telesales performance and KPIs
- Lead, coach, and push a small sales team to exceed aggressive revenue targets
- Improve sales scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Monitor pipeline health, CRM discipline, and conversion metrics
- Coordinate closely with Marketing and Operations to ensure smooth execution
Key Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in high-volume outbound telesales (B2C), ideally in insurance, telco, credit cards, personal loans, or similar call center environments
- First experience leading or mentoring a small team preferred
- Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding sales or commission targets
- Strong performance mindset, resilience, and ambition to grow into senior leadership
- Analytical, hands-on, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
