At Dolman Bateman, we serve a wide range of clients, including those in construction, social media content creation, eCommerce, hospitality, finance, manufacturing, and superannuation. With a recent surge in new business ventures, we are expanding our team and seeking skilled professionals in the Philippines to contribute their expertise and further enhance their careers in business accounting and accounting services.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Australian tax accounting.
Proficiency in bookkeeping, accounting, BAS and IAS preparation, and GST compliance.
Relevant qualifications in Business, Commerce, and/or Accounting.
Strong working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently, with a strong commitment to responsibility and leadership.
A positive "Can Do" attitude and collaborative team player.

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare financial accounts, tax returns, and working papers for various entities, including individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships, and self-managed superannuation funds.
Complete and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) on behalf of clients.
Generate monthly financial reports for clients, offering actionable insights.
Handle client inquiries and ensure smooth communication and support.
Manage invoices, paperwork, and maintain an up-to-date client database.
Assist the forensic accounting and financial planning teams with relevant tasks.
Provide high-level customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
Support the broader team in delivering comprehensive accounting and business services.
