JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Supply Chain Manager (SCM) & Parcel Panel Controller (PPC)

E-commerce / Dropshipping | $500K–$1M Monthly Revenue

We are a fast-growing dropshipping company generating between $500K and $1M per month. We are looking for a highly structured, detail-obsessed and performance-driven A-player to fully own our Supply Chain Management and Parcel Panel control.

This role combines operational control, supplier management, refund processing, quality control, and fulfillment monitoring. You will be responsible for protecting our margins, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction.

This is not a beginner role. We need someone who thrives in accountability and precision.

Core Responsibilities
1. Refund & Cancellation Management

Process daily customer refunds.

Coordinate with suppliers for refunds and cancellations, especially for out-of-stock (OOS) items.

Ensure all refunds are logged and reconciled against supplier invoices.

Maintain 100% same-day supplier refund requests.

Zero missed OOS refund claims.

2. Order & Fulfillment Management

Monitor open Shopify orders daily.

Ensure no order remains open longer than 8 days.

Track fulfillment progress via Parcel Panel.

Investigate supplier delays and follow up immediately.

Escalate orders with delays over 48 hours, return-to-sender cases, pick-up issues, or address problems.

3. Parcel Panel Control

Verify that every fulfilled order has valid tracking information.

Ensure tracking statuses progress correctly (in transit, delivered, etc.).

Monitor supplier shipping speed and fulfillment times.

Check 150–250 orders per hour minimum.

Flag missing tracking numbers or incomplete fulfillments.

Provide daily summary reports.

Share weekly supplier performance reports.

4. Quality Control & Risk Monitoring

Perform daily quality checks on supply chain operations.

Review “best” and “risky” products weekly.

Enforce supplier quality standards.

Identify recurring fulfillment or product quality issues.

Support weekly supplier performance reviews.

5. Inventory & Pricing Oversight

Conduct weekly stock inventory checks (every Monday without exception).

Flag risky or unstable products.

Monitor product stability and supplier reliability.

Support margin protection by identifying issues early.

6. SOP Compliance & Communication

Ensure all SOPs are followed and up to date.

Monitor email follow-up timelines to guarantee customers receive timely updates.

Maintain structured reporting and clean documentation.

Order Management

0 orders open longer than 8 days.

Fulfillment Monitoring

All 48h+ delays escalated immediately.

Inventory Control

100% weekly stock check every Monday.

Reporting & Compliance

Daily summary reports submitted without delay.

Weekly supplier performance review delivered consistently.

All SOP timelines enforced and up to date.

Extremely detail-oriented.

Structured and disciplined.

Strong in Shopify, spreadsheets, and fulfillment systems.

Experienced in dropshipping or high-volume e-commerce.

Comfortable managing large order volumes.

Proactive and solution-driven.

Able to work independently without constant supervision.

Mentally strong in fast-paced, high-revenue environments.
