JOB OVERVIEW

Senior Static Ads Designer | 8-Figure DTC Brand

HaloBlinds is a fast-growing 8-figure DTC brand looking for a senior static ads designer who understands performance creative and knows how to turn strong ideas into ads that scale.

This is not just a design role.

We are looking for someone who can research winning static ads from leading DTC brands, identify the concepts and patterns behind them, develop new ideas for HaloBlinds, and then execute those ideas at a high level.

You should be able to look at what is currently working across Meta, study competitor and industry creatives, understand why certain ads perform, and translate those insights into original static concepts for HaloBlinds.

You will be paid per creative, with significant performance bonuses when your ads become winners and we are able to scale meaningful ad spend behind them.

What you'll do

-Research winning static ads from leading DTC and e-commerce brands

-Study Meta Ad Library and other creative research sources

-Identify strong hooks, layouts, claims, angles and visual patterns

-Come up with new static ad concepts yourself

-Turn customer pain points, reviews, objections and product benefits into ad ideas

-Design high-performing Meta static ads

-Create multiple variations of winning concepts

-Adapt proven ideas from other markets without simply copying them

-Work with our creative team to develop new testing angles

-Use performance data to understand what is working and improve future creatives

What we're looking for

-You should ideally have:

-Strong experience designing static ads for DTC or e-commerce brands

-A good understanding of direct-response advertising

-Experience researching winning creatives

-A strong understanding of Meta ads

-The ability to generate concepts yourself, not just follow briefs

-Strong visual taste and attention to detail

-An understanding of hooks, offers, objections and customer psychology

-The ability to explain why you believe a creative concept will work

-A performance mindset focused on results, not just aesthetics

Compensation

-You will be paid per completed creative.

-On top of your normal creative rate, we offer strong performance bonuses based on the ad spend generated by your creatives.

-If you create a static ad that becomes a major winner and we scale significant spend behind it, you will earn additional bonuses.

The better your creatives perform, the more you can earn.
