Senior Solar Client Development Specialist
Remote – Relationship-Based Sales

This role focuses on relationship reactivation and expansion, not cold sales.
Role Overview
The Senior Solar & Roofing Client Development Specialist reconnects with existing and past clients via phone, text, and email to build long-term relationships and generate new opportunities for solar systems, roof maintenance, and related services. Once interest is established, this role manages the full remote sales process including system design coordination and virtual meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Client outreach and relationship building
- Solar and roofing opportunity qualification
- Remote consultations and contract execution
- Internal coordination with design and operations teams
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in solar, roofing, or related home services
- Proven success in remote or consultative sales
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with virtual presentations and contracts
