Job Title: Senior Software Developer / Advanced Programmer
Location: Remote (must have strong overlap with EST)

The Role
We’re looking for a very strong, senior-level programmer who loves building real products, not just writing code.

In this role you will:
Design, build, test, and maintain production-grade web applications and services.

Turn high-level product and technical direction (from the CTO and stakeholders) into clear architectures and clean implementations.

Own features end-to-end: requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Write clean, efficient, well-structured code and help keep our codebase healthy over time.

Review code, give thoughtful feedback, and raise the bar for the whole team.

Collaborate closely with other developers, product, and business stakeholders to understand problems and ship pragmatic solutions.

Continuously improve our tools, processes, and architecture as we grow.

Stay current with modern technologies and propose new ideas where they make sense.

This is a role for someone who wants long-term commitment, real responsibility, and a chance to grow with the company as we scale.

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to know everything on this list, but you should be advanced in at least one modern front-end stack and one back-end ecosystem, and confident you can learn the rest quickly.

Core technical skills:

Strong proficiency in modern front-end development, ideally with one or more of:

JavaScript/TypeScript

React, Angular, or Vue.js

Solid experience with back-end development using:

PHP and/or Python (other languages are a plus)

Experience designing and working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Comfort with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows (PRs, code reviews).

Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience writing tests and building reliable, maintainable systems.
