We’re looking for an expert-level Senior Social Media Manager to lead and execute social strategy across two established AU brands:

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Owning and executing end-to-end social media strategy (organic + paid support)
Planning monthly content calendars aligned with business goals
Writing high-quality, platform-specific captions (Instagram,
Understanding and applying compliance-driven content
(AHPRA, TGA, NDIS — experience here is a strong advantage)
Analysing performance and optimising based on data, not guesswork
Collaborating with designers, videographers, and leadership — confidently and independently
Managing posting schedules, trends, hooks, formats, and growth strategy without supervision
You Must Already Be Able To:
Build both basic and complex social media strategies
Understand algorithm behaviour, audience intent, and platform nuance
Work fast, clean, and accurately — details matter
Take ownership and deliver without reminders or babysitting
Think commercially (leads, bookings, conversions — not just likes)
Adapt tone across luxury aesthetics and health / disability services
