JOB OVERVIEW

We operate a high-ticket Durable Medical Equipment (DME) store selling mobility scooters, power wheelchairs, hospital beds, and lift chairs.

This is not an entry-level VA role.

We are hiring an experienced Shopify professional who understands high-ticket eCommerce and can demonstrate measurable business impact.

Role Responsibilities

Build and optimize high-ticket product listings ($1,000–$10,000+)

Structure pages for SEO and conversion (H1/H2/H3, internal linking, specs formatting)

Improve conversion rate and AOV

Ensure technical accuracy with suppliers

Support operations and marketing when required

You may be required to overlap into other areas of the business.
