JOB OVERVIEW

This is a conversion-first Shopify developer role.

We are not hiring a designer who happens to code. We are hiring someone who has been directly responsible for improving ecommerce conversion rates and revenue through web development decisions.

You should have real experience making changes that resulted in measurable sales impact.

Core Responsibilities

- Lead homepage, PDP, and collection page CRO improvements

- Identify friction points in user journeys and fix them

- Implement conversion-focused layout and UX improvements independently

- Improve trust signals, product clarity, and buying confidence

- Optimize site performance with sales impact in mind

- Work with marketing to implement tests and improvements

- Suggest changes proactively, not just execute tasks

Required Skills

- Deep Shopify experience with conversion-driven stores

- Strong Liquid, CSS, JavaScript knowledge

- Proven ecommerce CRO experience tied to revenue growth

- Experience optimizing mobile conversion rates

- Ability to explain why a change increases sales

- Strong Preference

- Direct experience in ecommerce brands selling physical products

- Experience improving AOV, checkout completion, and PDP conversion

- Familiarity with premium or branded products
