JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to manage, improve, and maintain our Salesforce system used for marketing, sales, and student enrollment operations within an international education company.
This role focuses heavily on Salesforce Flow automation, troubleshooting existing automation, improving system performance, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
You will help maintain and expand a complex Salesforce installation used by internal sales and operations teams.

Responsibilities
Salesforce Automation
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows
• Troubleshoot and improve existing automation
• Implement lead routing and pipeline automation
• Improve reliability and performance of workflows
Development
• Write and maintain Apex classes and triggers
• Build Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Improve internal Salesforce tools and user experience
• Follow Salesforce development best practices
System Optimization
• Audit the current Salesforce configuration
• Identify inefficient automation and improve architecture
• Maintain roles, permissions, and security
• Ensure system reliability and performance
Integrations
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs
• Support integrations with marketing platforms and web applications
• Troubleshoot API and integration issues
Reporting
• Build advanced Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Improve data quality and validation rules
• Support sales pipeline and marketing performance reporting

• 3+ years working with Salesforce
• Strong experience with Salesforce Flow
• Experience with Apex development
• Experience with Lightning Web Components
• Knowledge of SOQL
• Experience with Salesforce API integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging ability
