Dominion Financial Services (DFS) is a fast-growing national real estate lender specializing in Short-Term Bridge Loans and Long-Term Rental Loans for investors across the country. As we scale, we are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator who will take ownership of our CRM ecosystem and help transform it into a true driver of operational efficiency and business growth.
This is not a maintenance-only role. We are seeking someone who thinks like a builder and operator—someone who proactively identifies opportunities, improves systems, and drives impact across the organization.
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, You Will
Oversee, maintain, and continuously improve DFS’s Salesforce platform to support company operations and internal teams. You will assist users with troubleshooting and technical inquiries, create and maintain automation using both declarative and programmatic Salesforce tools, and manage user profiles and permissions to ensure secure system access.
The role includes building and maintaining analytical dashboards to support data-driven decision-making, cleaning and managing data using tools such as Excel and SQL, and implementing data models aligned with evolving business needs. You will also update document templates using Conga Composer, document technical processes, and optimize marketing lead distribution workflows.
In addition, you will support system-related projects and initiatives as the organization grows—playing a key role in scaling infrastructure, improving efficiency, and enabling revenue-driving teams to perform at a higher level.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a professional environment
Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiarity with databases and working knowledge of SQL
Extensive experience working with CRM systems as an administrator or advanced user
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking abilities
