Senior Sales Representative / Sales Manager – BPO & Call Center | BDR / SDR / Business Development

Remote | Full-Time | Base + Commission + Performance Bonuses

ABOUT THE ROLE

Contact Marketers LLC is hiring an experienced Senior Sales Representative / Sales Manager to generate and close new business for our BPO, call center, virtual staffing, and outsourcing services.

This is a hands-on, full-cycle B2B sales role. You will be responsible for finding your own leads, building your own pipeline, reaching decision-makers, and closing new clients.

IMPORTANT: We do not provide an established lead list or inbound pipeline. You must be able to generate your own sales opportunities.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

* Source and generate your own B2B leads
* Build and manage your own sales pipeline
* Prospect through cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels
* Reach business owners and key decision-makers
* Conduct discovery and sales calls
* Present our BPO, call center, and virtual staffing solutions
* Follow up and manage opportunities through the sales cycle
* Personally close new clients and generate revenue

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We welcome experienced candidates from backgrounds including Senior Sales Representative, Sales Manager, Sales Director, Senior SDR, Senior BDR, Business Development Manager, Account Executive, Sales Executive, Outside Sales, and B2B Telemarketing.

REQUIREMENTS

* Proven B2B sales or business development experience
* Experience sourcing your own leads and opportunities
* Proven ability to personally close new clients
* Strong cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and outbound prospecting skills
* Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers
* Self-motivated, organized, persistent, and results-driven
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience selling BPO, call center, outsourcing, virtual staffing, staffing, SaaS, marketing, or professional services is strongly preferred.

An existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
