This role is NOT high volume dialling, our customers are VIPs and this role requires English as a first language i.e. UK / US / international school English accent that UK customers can trust. This is non-negotiable and we will request a short voice sample early in the process.

Role

We’re looking for a Senior Sales Lead to join our photography studio team! As an SDR you’ll be responsible for turning inbound enquiries into booked photoshoots.

You’ll own the inbound sales process, move fast on new enquiries, and selling session bookings to prospective families. You’ll be the first voice new clients hear from Little Pixies.

This is an ownership role. You’ll be accountable for bookings and conversion, and expected to drive success, grow the sales team and improve how the system works.

What we expect from you:

Responsibilities

High work ethic (6 day work week)
Follow and improve our sales call process
Build rapport, manage your pipeline and follow up properly.
Secure bookings into the studio calendar and take booking deposits

Results

Exceed minimum close rate
Minimum of 15 sessions sold per week

Requirements

Exceptional English accent and spoken English language skill
1-2 year minimum of experience in transactional sales (preferably in luxury sales to emotional buyers, e.g. luxury car sales, weight loss sales)
Exceptional over the phone (this is a requirement)
Self-sufficient and able to manage and prioritise one's own time
Open to learning new processes in sales

Location
Remote. Must work UK hours. Contractor role.

Days and Hours
Availability 09:00–19:00 UK Tuesday–Sunday.

Compensation
?35k Base per month + uncapped commission
OTE ?60k - ?85k+ per month
