Job Description: Sales & Appointment Setter — AutoGlow Detailing

Type: Remote, ongoing (part-time or full-time — specify your availability) Company: AutoGlow Detailing — auto detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and window tint shop based in Loveland, Colorado, USA

About the Role

AutoGlow Detailing is looking for a sales-minded appointment setter to manage our inbound and outbound sales pipeline. You'll be the first point of contact for new leads and past clients, running short discovery conversations, quoting our services, and getting people booked on our schedule. Full pricing, scripts, and objection-handling guidance will be provided — you don't need prior detailing industry knowledge, but you do need to sound confident, warm, and comfortable on the phone.

What You'll Do
Call new leads quickly after they request a quote
Answer basic questions about our services and pricing using materials we provide
Run a short discovery conversation to understand what the customer needs
Handle common objections (price concerns, "let me think about it," timing) without giving up on the call too easily
Book confirmed appointments into our scheduling system
Call past clients to check in and get them back on the schedule
What We're Looking For
Clear, confident spoken English — this is the single most important requirement
Prior experience in sales, appointment setting, or a call center environment preferred
Comfortable being a little assertive on a call — we're fine with a confident, slightly persistent style, not a passive one
Reliable internet connection and a quiet space to take calls
Comfortable following a structured script while still sounding natural, not robotic
