We’re looking for a Business Development and Sales Manager to bring our asset investment and management services to our clients, partners and stakeholders.

This is a full-stack business development and sales role with plenty of room to use your skillsets in sales, strategy, innovation and execution. Full job description : What you will be doing

Property Leasing :

- Develop and implement leasing strategies and initiatives to maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant satisfaction

- Identify leasing opportunities and prospective tenants that align with the positioning and target market of each property, and develop relationships with tenants and prospective tenants.

- Negotiate lease agreements, including terms and conditions, rental rates, lease incentives, and lease renewals, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

- Collaborate with property management teams to conduct market research and analysis, assess competitive landscape, and identify trends and opportunities in the property market.

- Develop and maintain leasing budgets, forecasts, and reports, and track leasing activity, occupancy rates, and financial performance against targets and benchmarks.

- Manage tenant relations and communication, including addressing tenant inquiries, resolving disputes, and ensuring tenant compliance with lease terms and property rules and regulations.

- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our properties and attract potential tenants and partners.

Self storage sales :

- Work closely self storage sales team and management on drive the sales and occupancy of our self storage business.

Property Investment :

- Work closely with Management team to develop business opportunities for new property investment and development projects on a project basis.

- Unlock Potential: Identify underutilized properties and devise creative strategies to maximize their value and utility

Requirements : Who we are looking for.

- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset. Enterprenuerial mindset

- An outgoing, optimistic personality with exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong networking and interpersonal skills.

- The ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working experience.

- Strong understanding of leasing principles, market dynamics, and negotiation strategies in the real estate industry.

- Proven track record of successfully negotiating lease agreements, driving occupancy, and achieving leasing targets and goals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data, evaluate leasing opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving leasing outcomes and delivering exceptional customer service to tenants and partners.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- An eagerness to learn and grow through hard work and dedication
