JOB OVERVIEW

We operate in the luxury yacht rental & events space. We are hiring a Senior / Expert Sales Closer to convert high-intent, pre-qualified leads into paid bookings.

Leads are already qualified and sent to you with the necessary details. Your role is to:

- confirm remaining details,

- answer final questions,

- handle objections professionally,

- secure payment by sending the invoice and closing by phone and in writing.

This is a role for someone who is highly driven, very available, and extremely detail-oriented. Our process includes administrative execution (accuracy matters).

Key Responsibilities

Close pre-qualified inbound leads via phone and written communication (chat/email/WhatsApp follow-up).

Convert both:

- short-cycle deals (minutes), and

- longer-cycle deals (days/weeks, when needed).

Send invoices and ensure payment is secured to confirm the booking.

Manage follow-ups with discipline until the lead is closed or clearly disqualified.

Maintain strong administrative standards:

- clean notes, accurate deal status,

- clear next steps and reminders,

- zero missed follow-ups.

Communicate clearly with the team to ensure a smooth handoff once payment is received.

Requirements (Non?Negotiable)

Proven experience as a Sales Closer.

Strong closing skills on the phone and in writing.

Comfortable closing high-ticket transactions (our deals range from $2,000 up to $500,000).

Professional English (spoken + written).

High responsiveness and availability (this is critical for inbound, high-intent leads).

Very strong attention to detail and reliability.

Stable internet, headset, and a quiet working environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in luxury, travel, hospitality, concierge, events, or premium services.

Experience handling high-net-worth clients with confidence, discretion, and professionalism.

Ability to manage negotiation calmly (value framing, urgency, clarity, objections).

Compensation

Base: $500/month

Commission: per closed booking (details shared during interview)

OTE (monthly): $1,000 – $5,000 depending on performance
High performers will earn more. Consistency and professionalism are rewarded.
