JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic CNSS marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies and techniques, with a proven track record of driving organic traffic and improving search rankings. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving skills to enhance our online presence and maximize the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

TRACKING SOFTWARE IS MANDATORY FOR ALL OUR EMPLOYEES. WE USE TERAMIND

Duties
Minimum 3 years of experience
Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-value opportunities for content creation and optimization.
Analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager to monitor traffic trends and user behavior.
Optimize website content, structure, and on-page elements (including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) for improved search engine rankings.
Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with business goals and audience needs.
Perform technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting site performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in SEO to ensure ongoing optimization efforts are effective.
Manage E-commerce SEO initiatives to enhance product visibility and drive sales through organic search channels.
Utilize Adobe tools for design enhancements that support SEO strategies.
Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority
Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns
Requirements

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress; familiarity with website development is a plus.
Experience with E-commerce platforms and optimizing product listings for search engines.
In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant SEO tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail.
