About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO Lead Strategist with real experience. This is not an entry level role. We need someone who understands strategy, execution, and leadership.

You will lead SEO campaigns from start to finish. You will manage junior tea ---------- mbers, build clear plans, and tie SEO work directly to traffic, rankings, and revenue and work with our link builder and content writer.

We want someone who thinks clearly, communicates well, and takes ownership.

What You Will Do

• Build and lead SEO strategy for multiple clients
• Run technical audits and implement fixes
• Lead keyword research and content planning
• Oversee on page and off page SEO
• Track performance and report clearly
• Manage and guide junior SEO tea ---------- mbers
• Improve systems and processes

What We Are Looking For

• Strong English communication
• Proven SEO experience with real results
• Experience leading or mentoring a team
• Deep understanding of technical SEO
• Strong grasp of content strategy
• Comfortable with tools like Ahrefs, GSC, GA, Screaming Frog
• High ownership mindset

This role is for someone who wants to grow with a serious team and take responsibility.

Compensation
