The Role
You’ll own outbound growth across the mortgage ecosystem — engaging wholesale lenders, correspondent partners, broker-owners, branch managers, and top-producing loan officers nationwide. You understand the real pain points: overlays, AE delays, guideline ambiguity, lost deals, and slow turn times — and you know how to speak the language of each audience.
This role sits at the front line of revenue, partnering closely with Marketing, Product, and AEs to drive qualified demos, signups, and pipeline.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect and engage wholesale lenders, correspondent partners, brokers, and loan officers, targeting decision-makers from producing LOs to C-level, compliance, and product leaders.
- Execute full multi-channel outbound motions: cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized email sequences.
- Research lender guideline structures and loan officer workflows to position Zeitro’s Scenario AI effectively.
- Educate prospects on the value of your product, qualify their interest, and convert conversations into demos or sign-ups.
- Partner with Marketing on localized campaigns, referral programs, and messaging refinements.
- Capture and relay market feedback from high-volume users to inform Product and GTM strategy.
- Maintain clean and accurate CRM data, ensuring strong handoffs to the AE team.


Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven SDR/BDR or inside sales success in mortgage tech, FinTech, LOS, PPE, pricing engines related SaaS.
- Deep understanding of wholesale, correspondent, retail, and broker channel operations.
- Strong grasp of AE pipelines, underwriting guidelines, overlays, and pricing dynamics.
- Consistent track record of meetings or exceeding demo, meeting, or revenue targets.
- Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with LOs, brokers, branch managers, and executives.
- Tech-savvy with CRM and outbound tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, sequencing platforms).
- Analytical, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to Have
- Experience selling AI-driven or decision-support tools.
- Familiarity with compliance, guideline interpretation, or underwriting workflows.
- Experience supporting multi-stakeholder deals in complex sales cycles.
